Wijnand Tutuarima
- Chairman
Wijnand Tutuarima is COO Private Banking International at ABN AMRO. Wijnand graduated from Delft University of Technology in maritime engineering and later obtained his MBA from Nijenrode University (the Netherlands Business School) / Kellogg Graduate School of Management. He joined Fortis Bank Netherlands (later becoming ABN AMRO) in 1995 and worked in various commercial and management positions in The Netherlands and Singapore. Jim Reid
- Vice-Chairman
Jim Reid is Managing Director of Jardine Matheson Europe B.V.
Jim joined Jardines in 1981 and has been in a number of senior management roles for the company in Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, Japan and the Philippines. Jim moved to Amsterdam in May 2001 and is married with two adult children. Previous to joining Jardines, Jim worked in the medical industry and was primarily involved in export sales and management worldwide. (www.jardines.com)

George Ammerlaan
- Secretary
George Ammerlaan is director of the HK Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands. Previously he was Director of the Benelux Office of the Hong Kong Trade Development Council in Amsterdam and responsible for the promotion of trade relations between Hong Kong and the countries of the Benelux. Befor that George served as project leader press and publicity for the Netherlands Information Service and as press officer for RAI Gebouw B.V. He joined the Board of the NHKS in 1994. Bart Kasteleijn - Treasurer
Bart was born in Hong Kong and returned to the Netherlands at the age of 10. He graduated in civil law at the University of Utrecht and was a trainee with the European Commission in Brussels.
Admitted to the Amsterdam Bar in 1977, he was an associate with
Stibbe before becoming a partner at Wieringa in 1985 and at Van Mens & Wisselink in 1998 corporate and tax section. He joined HIL as a partner mid 2009. Bart specializes in international company and commercial law and is conversant in taxlaw. He acts for a range of multinational corporates worldwide. One of his focus countries is China, both inbound and outbound. Bart is chairman of the China Table of IGC in Amsterdam. He is a member of IBA, IPBA and CEAC. Bart joined the board in 2010. Selina Chan
Selina is at present foudning the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce in the Netherlands. She is also active in the recruitment of Dutch-Chinese for companies who are related with Hong Kong. Born in The Hague and raised within a Hong Kong Chinese family, Selina is herself a living example of how the Dutch and Chinese culture can live together perfectly. She was chairman of jonc, an association for Dutch Chinese Youth, and has always been actively involved in the Dutch-Chinese community in Holland. Selina joined the Board of NHKS in 2005. Joanne Chu
Joanne is the Assistant Representative for Hong Kong Economic and Trade Affairs to the European Communities in Brussels. Among others, Joanne assists in the formulation and implementation of public relations programmes to promote Hong Kong among a broad network of targets in Europe, including European politicians, policy makers, media representatives and business corporations.  Taking up her present position, Joanne relocated to Belgium in 2008. Hemmy Wong

Hemmy Wong, also a native born Chinese, left Hong Kong with his family when he was 14 years old. He owns Chinese Restaurant Golden River in Laren and is the very active secretary of the Fine Eastern Restaurants, FER, a group of enthousiastic restaurant owners promoting Oriental Fine Dining. His Golden River cateres all important HK/NHKS events in Holland, HK Economic Office events in Brussels and of course many Chinese New Year events. His fans feel he would deserve a Michelin Star and a bigger compliment can not be given. (www.FER.nl)


Andy Wong

He is Country Manager Benelux & Scandinavia of Cathay Pacific Airways and is responsible for the overall passenger and cargo business of the Airline in these markets. Prior to moving to the the Netherlands in 2008, he was working for Cathay Pacific's brand marketing unit.  Educated in Hong Kong and Canada, he has also lived in Korea and enjoys traveling the world
